About Me
My name is Stephen Teal and I have been coaching soccer for 26 years. I have coached club, High School and College. I am currently the Recruiting Coordinator for Chapman University located in Southern California. I have been a recruiting coordinator for the last 10 years.
During this journey I have worked with countless families to help guide them through the recruiting process. I decided to start this firm after helping my oldest daughter navigate the recruiting process in 2021. We found her a university in Vermont that she never would have considered if we didn't use the very resources I am now offering families all over the United States.
