What is this service?

We are NOT a recruiting site. I do not believe those work. We do not make videos or post your information. Instead, I provide a personalised service that enables you to take charge of your recruiting process. You will know your FIT.

When Should we start

The best time to begin this search is the summer after your sophomore year in high school. Do not worry if you are late. There is plenty of success to be found junior and senior year..

Who is this service for?

We are here to help high school aged boys and girls who are looking to play NAIA, NCAA D2 and NCAA D3 Soccer

What should my current soccer level be?

To be very honest the level you play 100% matters. We will only work with players playing at the following levels:

BOYS:

MLS NEXT 1 and 2, ECNL, ECRL, , EA, EA2, NPL

Girls:

ECNL, ECRL, GA, DPL, NPL

Do grades Matter?

Grades matter more than you know. We will only work with players who have a 3.0 GPA and higher. The grades often determine the bulk of the players academic scholarship. You will need good grades to get into most universities and to help off set costs

Why do you not work on NCAA D1?

The D1 landscape is too complicated. Universities are cutting roster size and changing the playing season. On top of that if you have D1 talent then the universities will find you.

Why do you limit Clients?

I only have so much time in the day and I want my clients to be successful. The nature of the service I am providing requires my attention to detail and my understanding of each client's need.

I must focus on players that I believe have what it takes to play at the next level. A reason why I started this firm is becuse far too many familes are being sold a dream that does not match the reality.

My current class of recruits at Chapman University, A D3 in southern California, is made up only of 10 ECNL starters, including 1 ECNL All American.

Do you work with International Players?

I only work with players located in the United States. My focus is on finding United states based girls and boys a place to go to college and play soccer.

Is video important?

Video is essential if we are going to place you in other states where coaches have not seen you play in person. Video unlocks a hundred more universities that you have never considered

Do you guarantee your service?

NO. We make no promises. We are here to simplify your process. We want you to be successful, but in the end your success will be determined by your hard work.
